Who are they?

​Royal Mail delivers mail and packages large and small to the UK’s 29 million households six days a week. It serves individuals, companies and communities and contributes £7.7 billion to the economy.

What did they need?​

Royal Mail saw an opportunity to better support their SME and medium sized business customers. But their proposition was confusing and their products hard to understand.
 

What did I do?


We created a portal and series of video case studies to inspire people and help them fulfil their business ambitions. Working in an agile way I developed the content strategy and helped define the UX, as well as planning and creating all the content for launch.
