"It's noise cancelling, but not as you know it." This was the challenge Sony gave us when they released their new MDR-1000X headphones - setting out to challenge the market leaders and dominate the noise cancelling segment of the headphones market.
A suite of content - from messaging to video
To show how effective the headphones really are and demonstrate the unique technology packed into each pair, we created the story of the “world Traveller”. This showed how the headphones performed in different scenarios. Working with our Creative Director I created product messaging, taglines and the script for the "World Traveller" video and photo shoot. The content we created was used globally and helped Sony's 1000x range become the market leader in noise cancelling.
